This happens at least with body type 2 male characters. It looks fine in preview window but ridiculous in game. It looks like this in preview window: http://abload.de/img/swtor2013-09-1501-42-d3sm5.png But in game it looks like this: http://abload.de/img/swtor2013-09-1501-42-j1szg.png It looks so ridiculous that it makes it unusable. Also the hood part is tiny bit bugged, you can see through the hood when camera is facing the character (the hood part behind the neck). It's probably most obvious on female body type 2 characters. Example: http://abload.de/img/swtor2013-09-1502-45-p2kjp.png and http://abload.de/img/swtor2013-09-1502-45-04jgq.png When you look behind the character, it's obvious that it shouldn't look like that. The mesh is incomplete or there's texture issue. This is smaller issue but it still does pretty good job in breaking immersion in conversations and cinematics.
