We shouldn't have to report it, you guys know when a server crashes and would it kill you to to put out a 'We're looking into it post before your player base starts to complain? Now the question is how much rating are we going to lose due to this server crash which would count as disconnections.. And how we can get compensated for it. Already made tickets about it too.
