"Remain On Sale Until October 21st"

I wake up and sale is over. Is today not still the 21st?

Next time put a time on this "sale".

smh fp

Until means till that day. If they meant today included, it would have said "Until October 22nd". Like how kidnappers in a move say you have Until Friday. That doesn't mean all day Friday, it means Until that specific day. So "Until October 21st" is the same meaning.

Or through October 21st works also.

Eric specifically stated 'until October 21st', which translated means, you have until the last second of the 20th to make a purchase.

Technically, "until" could mean it would go away at midnight (00:00:00) on the 21st, which it didn't. It lasted until the daily CM refresh, which shouldn't be surprising. They did actually announce the spesific timing on facebook and twitter. While that's a bit lame, it also shouldn't be come as a surprise as they've always preferred that stupid thing to their own website and forums. The fact they announce things here at all now is a huge step forwards for them. Edited by Pscyon

Agreed. No time of day was given for it to end, but it is still the 21st so was accurate.

Semantics. If it indeed did go beyond that, that's on them.

Then why would the sale not end at midnight?
