Yes. Just grab it from the console again. You can grind the same flashpoint as much as you want, unless you get that flashpoint reset bug (which has supposedly been fixed). I did Hammer Station a bunch of times in a row to get some orange gear for my companion. I think I got every piece of unique gear at least twice before the one I wanted finally dropped. You don't even wanna know how many Hammer pants I've had to get rid of.
