It's 8% damage done by your Ion Cell (a proc) which hits for a measly amount, energy damage that is mitigated by armor and can be shielded. If your Ion Cell hit for 200 damage, and you spec'd into Blaster Augs it would do an additional 16 damage before mitigation. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Blaster augs only affects the very first tick of IC it does not effect the dot itself Put it this way if you where in combat for a full 15 minutes you would deal only 3k more damage from blaster augs (taken from Cae's guide) Your cc oriented one makes no since. Two points into defensive measure but only one into sharp shachel why??? Defensive measures is weak and is only really effective in very very limited circumstances, shachel is by more useful You should always take the increase in shockstrike damage - it's shield specs best ability plus it can have its cd refunded frequently Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
