The frequency of this happening is starting to get ridiculous. What's the plan for fixing this moving forward so we don't keep running into it and don't have to keep reporting.

 

Nothing is more frustrated than paying for a service that I can't use because of a recurring problem that the company isn't fixing in a timely manner. What's the point of paying for a service I can't use when I want to use it?

 

I can understand the need for maintenance outages. I can even understand the occasional problem that pops up that has the service down. But when the same issue keeps recurring over and over and there is apparently a simple fix to restore it then it's just negligence on the part of the company to not implement a proper fix to stop the problem from continuing to happen.
