Banderal Posted March 9, 2015 Share Posted March 9, 2015 OK, I keep seeing this debuff show up. The pict looks like a black&white spiral with red cross-hair-like-things over it. VaeVictis Posted March 10, 2015 Share Posted March 10, 2015 Smugglers and Sages now get a clickable ability at 58 (I think) that buffs your entire ops group. They have 5 minute CD's and last 10 seconds. Smuggler Stack the Deck increases crit chance by 10%. Short on luck prevents you from getting the +crit chance again i.e. you can't chain them one after the other. Sage Force Empowerment increases the 6 primary stats by 10%.
