Bioware has mentioned some new RP emotes in 1.2, not sure what they are though. It said "New RP Emotes", so I'd assume they are intended to be used for RP. For example in world of warcraft if I had a player named pallycrusher targeted I could type an emote like /e rolls his eyes at %t because of his ridiculous name and it would come out as soneil rolls his eyes at pallycrusher because of his ridiculous name I'd like to be able to do the same in tor. It doesn't really make sense how NPCs can do emotes That players cant do. Probably because there are so many. And I'm referring to when you type /e and an action after that. I believe everyone who does not have you on ignore can see the output of "/e does something," as long as they are within range.
