Even with best in slot for max hit, wz boost, inspiration and pve-set bonus against a naked guy, I dont think its possible. When it comes to the shadow biggest hit. Assuming he is all 63 with power/surge only, what does the dmg on tooltip say? From talents and procs, he can get 30% extra damage, 30% extra critical damage, 10% melee bonus damage and 9% armor penetration (the last one he cant with the technique on the image, but maybe he changed it in match). Add inspiration, armor debuff, wz buff, and I think its possible. A drunk Harbigner might actually do all this to get highest hit. If he could post his damage on SS from tooltip without any specs active, it would be easy to confirm this. My highest crit with it was 7.5k if I remember right with the expertise buff with me wearing full power gear. I guess I'm not good at finding naked guys.. Should do more normals.
