hurtzskull Posted December 18, 2013 Share Posted December 18, 2013 First of all, taking 7 days to respond a opened ticket is a mess, for real, it's unacceptable. A bug happened to me twice, 2 TIMES, and they did nothing. I was leveling a new toon, when my XP bar gets completed, FULL, it resets and I didn't leveled up! So I opened a ticket explaning the problem. The operator really dont read it.. he answered something ridicuolous: Saying he is sorry that I didnt get more XP from a pvp round or etc. That's NOT WHAT HAPPENED OR WHAT I WROTE THERE!!!!
