I guarantee that BW will do something [or several things at once] so egregiously terrible that it alienates half the playerbase and leads to mass unsubs, thus freeing up the queue for you. But to update the issue with it freezing at char select, I put the program in to comparability mode for windows xp, sp3, and it's working now.
