Ulfrik_Wulfgar
Is camping story markers (places where you engage in story conversations) in order to ambush people when they exit the cut scene allowed?
Commander_Hawke
Yes. But you are invincible until you are done. Afterwards you are toast and it probably wont matter since they are probably 15+ levels over you and they have the first few hits. Such is the way of life on a PvP server. I don't mind fighting if the outcome is based upon player skill but that's just pathetic. They should grow a pair. It's happened to me four times in the last two days and it's starting to get on my ****.
Commander_Hawke
Yep. Unfortunately, this is the way things are. The only way it could be better is if there was a penalty system in place. But there is not. And there will not. If BW/EA cannot get a handle on Illum, then server pvp is NOT on their to do list.
Ulfrik_Wulfgar
What's Illum? Anyway, the simple solution would be to not place these locations within PvP zones. Problem solved. Joesixxpack
What's Illum? Anyway, the simple solution would be to not place these locations within PvP zones. Problem solved. Illum's an open-world PVP planet with factional objectives. Problem with it is that since launch it's been too laggy for decent battles so not much goes on there. Devs have said that they intend to fix it. Once you get familiar with the areas on different planets you'll know where ganking usually happens and where it doesn't. Camping nimrods like you've run into aren't common, at least not on the 4 different servers I've been on.
