"lets launch f2p right before Thanksgiving and then give all the staff the day off. They don't read tickets half the time and the best you could hope for is an automated response vaguely close to your issue. It's easily the worst part of the game. But hey I could be wrong. Is this the norm for this game? Not normal. Usually by the 2nd or 3rd day you get an automated response that may or may not pertain to your issue, closing out your ticket.
