Well I'm not new to the game just the class, and would Like some tips. After the shadow had his way with me, just felt Like a total newb playing the game. At level 15 you lack the two talents in Madness that make the hybrid so dangerous. If you put all your points into Madness from level 10, then at level 20 you can grab the talent "Madness" which removes the CD from Force Lightning - this is a huge DPS increase for Sorcerers. Later, again continuing to put all points into Madness, you get to grab the talent Wrath at level 25. This is a proc that comes from Force Lightning (FL) damage ticks and makes Crushing Darkness (or Lightning Strike (LS)) instant - so while spamming FL, watch for Wrath proc’s and hit Crushing Darkness (if CD is on - well CD - you can hit LS or continue to use FL). In fact in 2.0 LS does more damage and may replace CD as the "go to" wrath proc. You should also by then have Death Field that hits quite hard as an AoE. In short, at level 15 you lack several tools you will grow to depend on in PvP. When you do get them, they are class-changers.
