Fight was started with non-zero focus and a non-zero merciless stack (I think a 2 stack). If someone could verify, lovely.

 

From what I see he built full stacks of Juyo Form, Merciless and 30 Centering, in the previous portion of his parse. Then used Overload Saber, Zen and Valorous Call, then started the rotation with full stacks. Time between his first and second Merciless Slash is 8sec, but I think he delayed it cus of Master Strike. He had 0+ rage at start cus he used Force Charge then Merciless Slash.

 

Prestacking Centering is allowed, but this other things nope .

What your guild mate may have been referring to is speccing into combat, building a 30 stack of centering and then respecting to watchman, which is perfectly acceptable

May you tell me why your minimun damage from merciless slash is 7,4k? Until now i always have seen less 1k(OH)

Torparse seems to have its share of problems. Looking at the numbers in the log obviously shows the min/max is wrong. Reuploading the combat log changed nothing.

You are only limited by their cooldowns.

If threat doesn't match damage it means a log has been edited manually?

All the parses in the top 5 Guardian/Juggernaut leaderboard have mismatching dam/threat. DD relics are not generating threat?
