I'm learning the vigilance discipline of the Jedi guardian on witch level do i get the saber throw ability either by trainer or by discipline tree? Edited August 19, 2018 by masterdorn

Go to your class trainer and interact with it.

 

There is an dropdown menu on top of the window that opens that says "Show trainable", switch that to "Show all" and you can see which level a skill, or upgrade for it (you get these automatically now), requires.
