Some pieces can be crafted or bought with daily comms bu for the most part you need to take part in operations in order to get it. Look at the item requred to purchase the Rakata peice you wish to pick up. As sumuji has stated, some of the prices can be crafted or bought with 120 daily coms (Ear, Implant). The chest can be picked up with a Trip to Hard Mode Lost Island. The rest of the prices can be found from SM EC, SM TFB, or any HM operation.
