My GF and I are playing through out the game mostly just the two of us and hated the idea of pugs from many, many past experiences in all types of MMO's we've played. We were able to run through Black Talon fine, but had a hard time with Hammer Station.

 

I was wondering for all the Flashpoints what are the recommended levels for just two PCs and 2 NPCs? I'm guessing around 25's for Hammer station, but something tells me once we are 50 we gotta group for all the Heroic versions

Base FP level +3 levels would work fine. I did archaelogy FP(i think it's called Athiss, nasty sith lord at the end) with companions healing and tanking, went just fine.

We did every Flashpoint (up until The Foundry) at recommended level +1. I´m a Sorcerer (Healer) and my buddy is a Juggernaut (Tank). We didn't have muche troubles finishing the Flashpoints. A few wipes here and there mostly if the companions are bugging out...

 

I´m sure its harder if companions are healing or tanking.

This. My wife and I have done everything through Cademimu with the two of us (Jugg/Sorc using DPS companions) being +3 levels. No wipes.

My friend and I did Maelstorm prison at level 36 last night, we also did Taral V at level 32. I believe once you're the level of the mobs inside you can do it with 2 people.
