Zanguar
Hi, this is maybe a noob question but i really don't see the point in that... You can change mods in armor/weapon in 2 ways: do this on workbench or simply from your inventory and character screen. Both ways works, in both ways i need to pay credits for removing mods from item... so what is the point of workbench? where is the difrence - if there is any? Shammus
I think in the past a workbench was required. It's also something that people thing may be necessary for high level mod changing.. I'm not 100 percent sure on this someone also stated that you can switch mods without destroying them at a workbench... I havaen't tested this so I don't know if its true. ShotByBothSides
As would I Because the workstation is there, I keep thinking that it must have a purpose. Does it? Is it perhaps less expensive to use the station?
WTFMF
The workbench is a relic from past beta builds near the end of beta things changed with the modding in game and the need for a workbench to mod gear was no longer required.
Zanguar
1 more question - if i reprocess purple items do i get a chance to get schematics for red ones - those with mods?
Gorraf
Nope, red ones (Which are actually orange) schematics come from underworld trading. p.s.: The items you can craft from theese schems are items with empty mod slots.
