Is there a specific reason why these are random drops from the first and last boss of HM TFB? Why can't they be on the vendors for 350 BH comms? There are roughly 39 different types of Hazmat Earpieces, so even if we are lucky to get an earpiece drop, I still only have about a 2.5% chance for the MK-1 Boltblaster to actually drop . My new BiS setup requires to get one of these and I have to wait for this to drop to be able to work my BiS.

The annihilator MK-4 module gives the same stats, I believe, so technically double the chance.

 

I do see your point though. Certain classes had the same issue with black hole level earpieces.

I suspect they will drop more often in EC nightmare...well, they better do otherwise well all be waiting a very long time.

I am not to sure what your implants are like, but you should be able to tweak your enhancements/mods/implants to work with a different ear piece. I did it with my sorc for 61 gear, so i am sure it should be doable for 63.

I have 2 BiS setups dependent on the earpiece, but the Boltblaster MK-1 Device is really nice acc/pwr. Also the Hazmat Boltblaster MK-2 and MK-3 are the high endurance / low aim version so its not like I can even wait on those two drop.
