Hallow Voice is an eshka and definitely speaks Rakata language during one conversation of the storyline. It's on Correlia right as you begin the Axial Park area for the consular class storyline. It's not often I see a glitch in convos in this game, but I just figured throwing it out there would help it get fixed.
