This will be great for public test server access and you will not have to risk losing your character by transferring him back and forth because characters make it deleted by doing that you would be able to have at least one character permanently available and connected to public tester server but only one

When was the last time you had a character copied to the public test server?

 

I ask because whenever I have one of mine copied to the test server, it always copies them twice, so I end up with a copy of the character with the original name and a copy with an unpronounceable set of characters as name.

 

Besides that, what are you afraid of? if your PTS copy gets deleted, simply have a new copy transferred or rename the extra one that was there if you kept it.

 

Just always be sure which server you are on before deciding to delete a character. And with the confirmation box in between that should be enough protection against accidents.

 

Even so, if the unthinkable happens, create a support ticket and chances are very high the character can be restored by CS
