Most of the Operation runs that occur on weekday +8 GMT evenings seem to be ad-hoc group finder runs. The same goes for flashpoints. The level 50 Daily Quest areas do have sizable populations and it is not difficult to get a group. The level 50 warzone queues get much better later in the evening. There is Cookies and Kreame that is Singaporean based, but they're Empire, you need to speak to Joot or Pines in game for more details or you can track down his Forum name .
