I used to really-really love this model, it was some Coruscant reward, afair, either from a regular or HC mission. It was greeny and callled like laminoid-something-jacket (I didn't remember the exact title, sorry).

Cant even remember where it dropped and it also has poor stats, but I just really like the model and dark-red colour is also nice. Don't we have any similiar oranges? Dark red or black would just be perfect. I just got tired of mine current chest, and I REALLY hate the way my char looks in everything coat-like. Cape one could be an option, if I manage to get one, and no proper jacket will be found.

I also really like that first one and wish there were a moddable version of it. I haven't seen the red one in-game yet, but that looks even better (for my char at least)! Really hope there are moddable versions of these or that they will (unlikely) be implemented.

 

I got the one with the same mesh from the Republic's Most Wanted quest, but that one just isn't as cool :/.

This is my lady smuggler modeling the TD-03A Prototype Saboteur's Jacket, which dropped from a champion-level enemy among the bandits in the Taris bonus series. (The rest of her gear is the level 49 crafted armormech set). I like it because it's colorful and gives her a sort of space-bandito look.

 

If I remember right, I also saw an identical-looking coat from the Hammer Station flashpoint.

 

This also seems to be the same model as the Spec Ops coat crafted by Armormech: http://www.torhead.com/item/f1V5bKN/spec-ops-jacket

This is Ko-Ko my Scoundrel, wearing social 1 top. becouse at lower lvls there are no long coats (yes Firefly fan), and was going for the Sci fi western look.......

There is a moddable version of this jacket. I think it's called a Gunslingers Jacket (at work so i can't verify). The one I found on GTN also had an Augment slot.

IDK if this helm has been posted here yet or not but its what iv been using and love it so far its called the TD-05A marksmen headgear i felt it was only right with my fur coat ( which i found thanks to an earlier post someone had on here ) to take it while on hoth

Im wondering if anyone has seen just something along the lines of a more normal trench coat look. I've seen one or two but I never got the name of them. I'm looking for either a nice dark brown/black/ or red-crimson one. I haven't spotted one going through the thread -_-

Hi, does anyone know where to get the electromesh combat suit chest piece?

 

Darth Hater says it's for HC4 Chasing The Shadow but this gives a choice of Electromesh Barrage and Electromesh Battle chest pieces instead.

Does anyone know where I could find a wide-brimmed, "cowboy"-like hat? Like the one the smuggler in the Return cinematic wore? I searched for it at the GTN but no success. Does it drop from somewhere or is it a way-too-rare-to-bother reward for something?

smugglers get it along in there story line as a quest reward and they have one that comes with a mask is part of the pvp gear.

At end game, those wide brimmed hats (plus a little cloth mask over your nose and mouth) are the hates used for Columi and Rakata smuggler gear. But not sure if you were asking for one sooner. Just know that is when I got mine, it is a cool look though. Better than the ugly Black Hole hat.

First off, it's hard to tell what exactly I'm looking at. I -think- I know the armor models you're talking about, but I can't say for sure just by looking at the back. And while I know there are orange (custom) versions of those particular models, I don't know if they're in the same color. Just off the top of my head, I believe there's a version of the one on the right, I think it has Saboteur in the name. I wanna say from Balmorra, maybe a heroic. But could be completely full of crap, as I often am. The one on the right, I believe there's a version that's about level 48ish, something like "scoundrel's jacket". Or something. I think. Multiple places, but if I recall there's a Belsalvis heroic that gives it out (The Tyrant maybe?).

I've only seen that specifc one on the Exchange/AH. If a similar one (same look, different color) might do...

 

You can get a reddish one as part of the Gunslinger Elite or Deadeye Elite sets from Balmorra (full set from the various repeatable quests). If you color-match it from your chest piece it might give you the look you want. The helmet is from "The Mandalorian Terror" Heroic, IIRC. They are fully moddable.

THIS. Seriously. The crustiest, oldest, most kludged-together forums I'm a member of (including the Russian ones) all support imbedded images in posts. But here? Sweet gods. The archaic and lackluster forums are one of the signs that EA/Bioware had little-to-no knowledge of what hosting a modern MMO requires.

 

I do love the game, but the forums frustrate the Hel out of me.

A very good robe that i picked up off the GTN is the Muse Vest/Robe. Mainly designed for jedi shadows it loos similar to the smuggler's heroic 4+ reward from Nar Shadaa but this robe is whitewith a gold trim! The cape is plain white and the symbols marked on it are dark to stand out. the "mini - cape" ontop of the cape isn't easily visible so it looks perfect inmost cases.

There's a "hide head slot" option that does as the description says.

 

For example, my scoundrel has some gunslinger goggle armor that she wears, though I usually hide it. Tried disabling that slot for "realism" on Tatooine, since it's so bright and sunny there:
