Is it established how many years it has been in the game since the Treaty of Coruscant? I have not been able to find any clear reference.

Depends on the class story as I believe there is a 2 year gap between the earliest story begins to when the latest story begins. I want to say they start 10-12 years after the Treaty, but I can't remember where the dev post on the subject was. It also isn't clear how long the stories actually last but they seem they are supposed to take a few years.

I looked at the title and thought someone was suggesting that we should be able to take our companions out on dates. Which would be an awesome and/or hilarious thing ("More wine, Khem?").

 

But it turns out I was wrong. I am saddened.

In a recent video (This one Maybe) someone stated It was a little more than a decade after the treaty was signed.

According to Wookieepedia the game takes place between 3,643 and 3,641 BBY. The Treaty of Coruscant was signed in 3,653 BBY. That means the game takes place approx 10-12 years after the Treaty of Coruscant.
