I am gearing up a lvl 50 Consular Sage Telekinetics Spec

From what I have read, my hierarchy should be:

Willpower >= Power/Force Power > Crit (30%) = Surge (75%) > Alacrity

The way I have geared thus far was to stack my surge and crit to those specified limits so I'm currently sitting on 32.28% Crit (a little over I know) and 259 Surge (or 74.92% Crit Multiplier) on top of 1696 Willpower.

Am I on the right track to try and maximize my Surge to 300 for the 75% multiplier or would my stats be better prioritized in other ways?
