Neoforcer Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 Keep posting how unhappy we all are with the changes to the 2 dps trees on pts in 2.0 we need to keep it in the minds of the devs that putting out 1900 to 2100dps compared to every one else 2800 dps per sec is just not gonna fly. Plus the simple fact the messed up the flow of the rotation by making it so you cant do discharge with out static charge in deception/infiltration. we can saber strike, trash, low slash all we want but are 2 big his require us to be either behind the target or have surging charge. MiaRB Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 doesnt really matter at this point. as on live, very few people going full deception on PTS. most are wasting time by playing with new hybrid builds instead of just testing full DPS builds. so BW will have little data and little feedback on the full trees. instead of fixing the full DPS specs they will just rearrange the DPS trees to counter the new hybrid builds( and probably end up nerfing DPS trees even more in the proccess ). The game was made so you can be fully customizable and still be viable provided your customization is legit and actually works. And by them taking away our 'Hybrids' they are taking away from customization thus the fun. nobody wants to run a run of the mill cookie cutter full spec and they need to deal with that by making the trees so they work with each other allowing for said customization. BW didnt take that away and are not tanking that away. what they dont want is for hybrid builds to out perform full builds. they especially dont want hybrid builds that end up performing better than any spec is intended to perform( like the PT hybrid on PTS right now ).
