If it is the first pack, you can skip them. We wiped on the 2nd one and then the whole trash infront of him respawned. Same with the 3rd, wipe = trash assigned to the 3rd complete respawn. It seems that one guy have to stay in the instance, if the whole group run right from the start the trash is going to respawn. At least this works for us.
