Servers used to have long flashpoint queue times, dwindling server population, and shortage of healers/tanks to pop Flashpoint queues. By allowing all DPS to pop a queue and spreading ample clickable-healing objects, spacing battles where each member can rest/recuperate after an engagement solves the initial problem. On my server, every Flashpoint player skips the dialogue and complains when someone isn't skipping.
