About a month ago i came up with a pc for a friend,decent for gaming and under $1000 aud.Not sure what it will be in your country's currency.If you have your own monitor that will save about $140 aud.

Intel i3-4130 3.4GHz 3MB LGA1150 CPU

ASRock H81M-HDS Motherboard

G.Skill Trident-X 8GB Kit (4Gx2) DDR3-2400

Seagate 3.5" Barracuda 2TB S SATA3 7200rpm 64MB Cache Hard Disk

Asus GTX660 2G PCI-E VGA Card

Thermaltake Commander MS-III Black USB3.0 Mid Tower Case (No PSU)

Thermaltake SP-750PCBAU Smart 750w 80+ Bronze Power Supply

LG 21.5" 22EN43T 5ms 1920x1080 DVI D-SUB LED Backlight LCD Monitor

LG GH24NSB0 24x SATA DVD-RW Drive OEM

it ends up at around $950 aud.But some changes could reduce it.If it's in euros,its around your target price.

the 1150 pin motherboard has two cpus that can be overclocked,if you ever get into that. the i5-4670k and the i7-4770k.

Having an SSD will help with loading, installing,file copying times etc.The downside is that they cost quite a bit and have a smaller amount of space.

in price,about $60 aud for the cheapest i5.In terms of performance,it's a quad core with a larger memory cache.So you would see a difference compared to a dual core like the i3.add on another $40 aud for the i5-4670,and you get a higher speed per core.3.4 ghz instead of 3.1 ghz for the cheaper i5-4440.Or just $20 aud for the i5-4570 3.2 ghz.

Chances are this game will only take advantage of 2 cores(i might be wrong on that) but having 4 cores will still help especially if you decide to multitask,4 cores can spread the workload and make it easier on the cpu to keep everything running smoothly compared to 2 cores.

Where do you live exactly?

And do you want a completely new PC (with case, OS, Power supply etc.)

If you want a completely new PC including OS and case, and and you live in US:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3CRqS for 550$ range;

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3CARJ for 650$ range;

And a build if you already have OS and a case:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3EjRE for 550$ range;

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3C60j for 650$ range.
