But could we PLEASE stop pretending as if this were a simple troubleshoot or as if this information is actually going to fix anything? Clearly from this thread, the problem is massive, game-wide, and affects all servers, ISPs, and locations. Mistakes happen and things go wrong -- that's fine. Let's just not pretend its not a major issue and let's stop with the communications blackout about it.
