Did they throw in a ninja nerf or is it just that I have been stuck with worse people than normal, the type that can manage to make a SM more heal heavy than a NiM? Things have been feeling off since patch.

new gear tier+white dmg fix=more dmg to heal=more energy spend

the ratio between the dmg increase and energy regen does feel a bit off imo but far from being a crippling problem.

if you mean raiding in pve... then no, there has not been a damage increase in 2.7. Except for the very slight boost for draxus in df sm. The rest... are completely unchanged.

 

 

However... if you are talking about pvp, then yes, they fixed the weapon bolster and with the new tier of gear coming out, damage output is a bit higher. If you are not in pvp gear, then you can be killed in 3 GCD now, not 4 GCD
