Ok i miss spelled one of my answers and i cant figure out how i spelled it, i cant get in anywere and when i call customer service i wait 2 hours and then it disconnects me, its the second time it did this already, How the hell am i suppose to get a hold of these guys this is pathetic!

Ask for a password reset, it will choose a question at random again and hopefully that will be one you remember, if not password reset again.

There was a Tweet from Rockjaw earlier (Stephen Reid, Community Manager) advising that Customer Support was currently dealing with heavy volumes. Getting cut off is unforgivable after a 2 hour wait, complain about it when you do finally get through.

 

Aside from that, I don't know any workarounds if you're locked out other than calling Customer Support.

 

Edit: Cheers Tintagel, I wasn't sure if that workaround was working.
