Always run out of force

If you are Balance you have a talent that gives 1% force back every time Tele. Throw does damage. So make sure you specc that and the talent that takes away the cd on Tele. Throw, if you do this you should last awhile and yes dont use Project if you dont intend to stun a mob.

I see. Thanks. So once Telekinetic Throw has no cooldown a typical single target rotation would be:

Weaken Mind (keep up)

Mind Crush (whenever off cooldown)

Disturbance (only with presence of mind proc)

Telekinetic Throw (repeat)

Don't use Project at low levels, but definitely use it later on. With Noble Sacrifice every 10 seconds and Psychic Barrier you should have more than enough Force to use it freely, at least above a certain mana threshold.

I haven't completely verified the math yet, but your priority should look something like this as a Balance Sage at endgame:

1. Force in Balance

2. Weaken Mind

3. Sever Force

4. Mind Crush (even with Presence of Mind proc)

5. Noble Sacrifice (if below 85 percent mana and no debuff from it already)

6. Telekinetic Throw (for Psychic Barrier when going OOF)

7. Project

8. Disturbance (with a Presence of Mind proc and if Mind Crush is on cooldown)

9. Telekinetic Throw
