Are they meant to be so bad?

I mean the level 50 non epic ones for on use power & crit + surge come with lots of endurance + the on use where as the epic ones have a very tiny amount more on use but zero endurance.

Relic of Forbidden secrets. Lvl 50 artifact quality relic. = On use of 185 crit+surge for 20 seconds

Relic of Boundless ages. Lvl 50 artifact quality relic. = On user 300 power for 20 seconds.

Both on a 2 minute CD.

Relic of invigorating carnage Lvl 50 premium quality relic = On use of 240 power for 20 seconds + permanent 43 endurance.

Relic of honored destruction. Level 50 Prototype quality relic = on use of 165 crit+surge for 20 seconds + permanent 52 endurance.

Why would we use the artifact quality ones for tiny DPS gains when their "lower" quality counterparts offer slightly less DPS but nearly 1k more HP. You might be saying that as a DPS you don't need HP as much so the DPS gain is worth it. On any fight with AoE that extra 1k HP buffer is a lot more useful than a tiny DPS increase.

Why not add a permanent stat to the artifact relics to make them more appealing for a DPS or reduce the endurance on the lower quality relics.

Its been talked about alot..

I dont know if BW plans to upgrade them or not
