IInox
hello guys. sometimes when I used reklerness, discharge doesn't work..still 3stacks and a GCD wasted. Edited April 20, 2013 by IInox
MasterFeign
Lets say force crit is 20%. Recklessness gives 60%. So you have an 80% chance to crit a force move.

IInox
ah nvm. discharge doesn't use stacks if resists.
DarthMaulUK
Just because the tool tip says something, doesnt mean it will do that. Force shroud, low slash, etc etc all fail to work from time to time, especially FS. The last time I checked, 100% is a max, you cant get better than that, but Biofail think differently
TimmehSolo
It's very possible it was resisted. In other words, post 2.0, you can miss with force attacks. It's likely it has nothing to do with your recklessness.
SeyonMasters
Just because the tool tip says something, doesnt mean it will do that. Force shroud, low slash, etc etc all fail to work from time to time, especially FS. The last time I checked, 100% is a max, you cant get better than that, but Biofail think differently wouldnt it simply mean your opponent had more than a 100% chance to hit you? for instance, my powertech has 107% hit chance with tech. you can get better than 100% all the time in MMOs it seems. underpantsgnomes
Anything over 100% is converted to more penetration instead. 100% is still the max chance of hitting someone. the 7% is a damage buff.
