TheSupaCoopa
Duran'del here: I want to make a Jugg tank because my brother has a sorc(as evidenced by the account's Signature) and I've never played Sith Warrior before, so any advice on defensive stats and rotation would be awesome. I was wondering if this is a good tank build
lordbadtamaru
Its decent. you want to get the aoe points in rage and the accuracy points in veng. Missing an attack in tank spec especially early on means fail threat.
Luckeyduckey
I personally run http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#101GMRrddrorzGzZcMRZb.3 for PvE
Marb
Because we don't pick up any accuracy on gear, 3/3 accuracy wont do much to prevent missed attacks and you would need to drop dreadnought to max it (remember strength increases force scream shield slightly). Drop malice and get 2/2 decimate, put 1 point into accuracy (this point can go anywhere). I would drop vicious retaliation and put 2 into warmonger, vicious retaliation is rubbish. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#101GrRbddrorzGzZcRMZb.3 Everything else looks fine. SorenThados
I disagree on the last two points location Putting 2 points in warmonger is a waste. imo. probably good for fp tanking but for endgame pve against bosses the points are better used on vicious retaliation. Marb
Vicious retaliation reduces riposte cooldown for the duration of saber ward (2.30 min cd). If you were to use it for threat that would mean using saber ward on the pull (a waste) and then potentially harming your rage and delaying other more important abilities. To get the proper benefit of it you would have to use Saber Ward on cooldown (a waste), and still throw off some abilities because you would chew through your rage (potentially harming your dps and mitigation). Warmonger effectively reduces the cooldown of your gap closer, and considering the general range restrictions and vulnerability to knockbacks and snares that juggs have, this skill is a better use of those 2 points even in pve. TheSupaCoopa
I made another build, and I'm definitely looking forward to playing a Warrior. Please critique it. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#101GrRbddrRrzhzZcMMZd.3 I wanted to put only 1 point into dreadnought(I'm a PT Tank Main, so I've been taught mainstat is big no no.) Marb
move the points from thrown gauntlet into intimidating presence and that's a solid build.
