got the offhand last night and went to buy it and all of the armorings were high endurance. luckily i was able to trade the off hand to the op healer for the main hand.

 

i thought they were going to start paying attention to itemization. and no one on my server has leaned the resolve armoring yet... so i am suppose to wait for a crafter to be able to get BiS?

At this point I'd be suprised if no one had that recipie yet, unless you are on an oceanic server. What server are you on, cause I have a guild friend who can make 27 advanced resolve armorings.
