It can drop from any of the bosses (droid, sav-rak, Lorrick), but it's a really low drop chance. In the months that I've been running Lost Island (at least 3-4 times/week), I've seen it all of 8 times (and I finally got it on my main; the previous 7 were always taken by the inevitable 1 person in the group that had never done it before and was having to be taught/carried with his 17k hp). Even if you start playing an new account today =) (We did ~6 runs on denova made 3 or 4 till Kephess and got 3 tankmounts so far). But yeah the takling still drops.
