What do you think 1.7 will bring for PvP?

SNIPERS:

-Shield probe for snipers will be a straight uninterrupted 15 seconds of damage absorption with no cap.

-Plasma probe will have it's damage doubled and you'll be able to have 2 going at the same time.

-Entrench will reduce all incoming damage by 30%.

-Ambush will be instant cast with skill points.

-Snipers going into cover will become stealth until an action is taken or damage is received.

-Flashbang will stun targets for an additional 3sec after damage is taken.

-EMP Discharge will drain the power/energy of all players withing 10meters of you as well as resetting your shield

probe and adrenaline probe.

-Interrogation probe will have it's damage doubled and tick twice as fast as well as slowly decreasing the movement

speed of the target initially by 30% and then 5% each second.

-Ballistic Dampeners will have their charges increased to 6 and recharge every 1.5 seconds if a charge is used

up.

Scoundrels

 

-Upper Hand procs now produce a laugh from the scoundrel again.

 

Scrapper:

 

-Shoot First's damage output has been increased by 15%

-Blaster Whip, Sucker Punch and Flying Fists output has been increased by 10%

-Turn The Tables now restores 2.5 energy per tick of Pugnacity, up from 1, and reduces the cost of Flechette Round and Shoot First by 2

-Flanking now reduces the cost of Backblast by 10, up from 5

-Sawed Off now increases damage done by Backblast by 8%, up from 4%

-Flechette Round now increases armor penetration by 50%, up from 30%

-K.O. has been redesigned and features a proc titled "T.K.O." - Blaster whip has a 66% chance and Sucker punch has a 33% chance to finish the cooldown on Backblast, and make the next Backblast do 30% more damage

I can't imagine we'll be seeing any class changes or class balancing at all with the "expansion" and 5 new levels with one new ability coming sometime in between March 21st and June 21st.

 

Don't expect to much this is the same company that was voted worst in America last year after all.

Some of the proposed changes are very nice to read. Sad that EAware is such a horrible company though. Lots of stuff could be done and all they need to do is pay a high school student minimum wage to read their own forums.

Sentinels!

Watchman:

- While a burn effect is present on a target, any melee attack has a 66% chance to end the active cooldown of Merciless Slash, make it free of focus requirements, and hit for an additional 25%

- Rebuke now additionally increases ranged, tech, force, and melee defense by 20% as well as redirecting 50% of incoming damage upon the dealer every 1.5 seconds

Combat:

- When zen is activated, the GCD and focus cost of Slash are reduced to 0

- 100% aoe damage reduction, up from 30%

Focus:

- Force Exhaustion is now replaced with No Skill, an ability that instantly kills any target within 8 meters of the directed target and grants 8 stacks of singularity

-Singularity now stacks up to 40, up from 4

 

Scoundrel!

Scrapper:

- Shoot First can only be used against incapacitated Strong mobs in PVE

- Flechette Round now lasts for 600 seconds, up from 6, but deals the same amount of damage

- Sneak can be used out of stealth, but while active, incoming damage from all sources is increased by 100%

Commando

- Each interrupt on a casted ability increases the healing or damage of the next ability by 10%

- Each interrupt on a casted ability heals the Commando for the amount the cast would have dealt

- Commandos now have an AoE DoT called Berserk that affects all targets within 100 meters of the Commando. The damage of Berserk is increased by 5% for each player attacking the Commando. Thinking about attacking the Commando increases the damage of Berserk by 10% per player. Thinking about not attacking the Commando or attacking someone else increases the damage of Berserk by 20% per player.

- Reactive Shield now lasts 1 year. An active subscription is required.

- Emergency Medical Probe is now Emergency Medical Grenade. On use, it revives all teammates within 8 meters. In addition, Emergency Medical Grenade revives affected teammates at 300% health.

- Healing teammates instead of healing yourself causes you to commit suicide.

- Players walking through the Hammershot beam are killed instantly. This includes teammates.

- Being defeated by Grav Round crashes the victim's computer, unsubscribed them, uninstalls the client, charges them a $100 disconnection fee, a $100 asking questions fee, and deports them to a third world country.

- Unlike other Advanced Classes, if you take off all your gear as a Commando, you are actually naked (you must also sign a waiver).

You forgot the knockback that makes all enemies fall through the world

Juggernaut:

Vengence:

  • Ruin is Moved to the first tier of the tree.
  • Unstoppable Now activates on obliterate and Force Leap and causes 75% damage reduction.

Rage:

  • Decimate Now Lowers the Cooldown on Smash by 100% and increases damage output by 42%
  • Overpower has been reworked to apply the same effect it ha dpreviously but to obliterate instead. It also creates one shockwave stack each Proc. To signal the prduction of a shockwave stack a recording of James Earl Jones saying "You Don't Know The Power of The Dark Side" will play.
  • Obliterate now causes a 3 second AoE Snare and Cracks the armour around your oppenents reducing armour by 42%.
  • Dominate has been reworked to make all smashes within the 20 second time frame have a 100% crit chance

 

These changes will not be made to Guardians to ensure and overbearing wave of dominance from the Imp Side.

Simple fix for smash... For every stack acquired number of targets is reduced by 1.

4 stacks (7k smash) hits one target

(allow for a little more range at 4 stacks as a result to reduce ************ about missing the one target)

2 stacks hits 3 targets

etc

Kray i expected you to give me a little more... Make unstoppable 10 seconds, rampage 100% chance, and give ravage a duration long snare and ill be happy

I personally like a recoil effect or Smash hitting friendlies as well :p You get to leap into a group and smash your healer for 7k :p
