Jherad Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 (edited) It does grant immunity - Are you sure you're not getting stunned or mezzed? I've not noticed a problem with it personally. If it is definitely a root, try to find out exactly which one is bypassing HTL, that would probably be a bug.
