turnoverla-page Posted December 28, 2012 Share Posted December 28, 2012 i was just thinking about how the droids are controlled in the clone wars because at know point do you see anything that can control the droids, but they still have the back packs with the antenna. so was that weakness taken out and if so how are they controlled now? They now serve as standard Lucrehulk transports and blockade vessels. The droids are now able to operate independantly without having to rely on a Droid Control ship. Hiramas Posted December 29, 2012 Share Posted December 29, 2012 The obvious advantage is the enhanced control. Every droid knows everything all the time. The commanders know everything all the time. Without a central control, this is not possible. I guess, it is not possible to use both systems at the same time. Either you have the comm unit or you have an enhanced AI installed.
