Pingplotter's showing everything fine for the first six or so hops between me and swtor.com, then boom, 85 to 100% packet loss soon as the trace hits Level3 in Miami, and again in Washington. Constant disconnects from the game as a result.

Edit: Great fun. I'm thirty miles outside Tampa. Level3's outage map shows both Orlando, which is north of me, and Tampa, which is west of me, with outages.
