What do i do? Wait one hour after the sale happens. The credits are delayed by an hour, and the mail will be updated at that point. If you delete the mail, you'll get a new one with the credits. EDIT: I feel obliged to point out that this information was in the mail you received, the one that didn't contain the credits.
