Armstechs can make Critical, Surge, Endurance, Power and Accuracy augments. Armormechs create Aim, Cunning, Shield and Absorb augments, and Synthweavers can craft Strength, Willpower, Defense, Alacrity and Presence augments. Once 1.3 hits, all of them will be able to create the augment slot kits, but as TheOnlyIceman said above, Armstechs will have to use up more materials to do so.
