I like just landing in town and taking off hoping to run into the other faction and attacking (sith that is) but not sure where the best place is not seeing a lot of people like I use to just came back to game. Loads of people because it's new, and offers the BH commendations and is part of HK questlikne so people want to do it. It doesn't seem to separate quest areas by faction nearly as much as other level 50 areas (Ilum, BH) so you'll constantly run into the other faction.
