I'd like a "jukebox" or - radio type decoration that was functional and you could choose music from the various planets <no, I'm not referring to Holst- but that would be great too> - namely if you wanted to listen to Korriban Sith tunes, you could. Or Imperial Balmorra.

So, during a conversation on the SWTOR Subreddit yesterday about the new stronghold (Which we all know or have a good idea where it is located), I had mentioned that I hope the ambient music from that planet plays repeatedly while in the stronghold. And that led to talk about music from the KotOR games, which gave me an idea for a new stronghold decoration; the "Jukebox: Galactic Legends". It would work like the rest of the jukebox decorations in the game, and play the music from the first two KotOR games. I know that the other jukebox's only play four songs, but maybe this could be the rare exception, and it could play all the tracks from both KotOR I and TSL's soundtracks.

 

*Yes, you can tell I am clearly addicted to having stuff from KotOR I and II in TOR.

Commemorative Statue of Jakarro (and C2-D4!). Only major NPC from Shadow of Revan that doesn't have a statue (Marr, Lana, Shae, Theron, Satele, Revan)

I would like to see more tiles avail for the front entrance of Yavin 4. There are plenty of spots on upper grounds near the bridge and caves, but nothing out front near the landing pad or front door. I would like the option to put in camp fires and tents etc.

For a new decoration, i would love to see a big screen TV monitor (med size wall mount). No data information(stock market), but show a person reporting daily news/events, or some kind of slide show, showing us beautiful parts of our planets. Mountain tops of Alderaan and it's lakes, the beaches of Rakata Prime, undersea world of Manaan etc.

Just something we can walk up to and get "informed" or visually enjoy our scenery slides. Same size as the one used by Kaliyo in her apartment in kotfe.

 

Also, I think having some kind of aquarium would be really cool. You could make 3 sizes and put them in packs.

Make an octangular corner piece (or 3 sided) small..a med size about 3-4 ft long rectangle..and finally a large size about 8-10 ft long.

They could be about 4ft high for small and med, and 6 ft tall for the large (includes the stand). 3/4 of size be glass.

You could make 2 styles? One with a black metal base and the other as wood.

The small could be a green tile, the med as a blue tile, and the large as a pink tile. You could even make a large aquarium as a wall mount too with pink tile size. Using 1 hook to hang, but visually takes up 2 hooks.

 

If you use one or both of my ideas, as a reward or payment to me for your gratitude; please DO NOT attach ANY valor requirements to them. Keep them as ordinary decorations. MANY people in this game do not like pvp and dont want to participate, me included. Ive had decorations sitting for a while, and found out the hard way I needed a certain valor lvl to activate them. PLEASE dont.

Hope those suggestions were detailed enough..have fun planning. It will be nice to see some fresh decos.

 

I bought Yavin 4 a month ago and full unlocked it. A week ago I fully explored it and was like OMG this place will take forever to decorate. I am trying to make a sith or darkside academy and I now realize I am going to need so many decorations. i think there should be decoration hypercrates such as Jedi stronghold pack, sith stronghold pack, imperial command pack, republic command pack. etc. As I believe there would be a big market for these items. Also maybe I am missing it but I wish there were more places to purchase decorations. For my stronghold i predominantly get them from yavin 4 or the fleet.

Here are my top suggestions, in order of importance --

1) Fix bugs and glitches with existing decorations.

2) Add more hook options to existing decorations, especially those with only 1 option.

3) Add a pattern of Small and Medium Narrow hooks overlapping Centerpiece hooks.

4) Fix stronghold bugs, such as broken hooks and repeating intro videos.

5) Add more Floor Covering hooks to existing strongholds.

6) Restore drops of flashpoint and operation decorations that have disappeared.

7) Add a way to obtain Cartel Certificates.

8) Add new decorations to vendors and Cartel Market direct sale.

9) Increase limits on decorations such as Felucia Stato.

10) Give us the ability to donate Anniversary decorations to the guild using Purchase For Guild.

Afterward) Create new, quality decorations that work in multiple hook types.

Stronghold browser directory decoration, like the ones on the fleet/planets.

 

Seriously, to browse other people's strongholds I have to exit my stronghold, look at the browser directory on the planet, then go to another stronghold. This cannot stand.

We need Rontos, Blurrgs, Eopies, and Nerfs. Not the little pet ones, not mounts, normal full-sized ones.

After all, Corso Riggs promises a ronto ranch after you marry him.

I'd love to have a Large / Centerpiece (BOTH!) hook item "Herd: Nerfs".

3) Add a pattern of Small and Medium Narrow hooks overlapping Centerpiece hooks.

Simply drastically increase axis range tweaking.

 

Though read on an unofficial forum that the way the items are encapsulated and spawned would be of an issue would they increase the draw distance.

- More Rakata, Sith, Yavin and Voss decorations that are available from vendors or the fabrication droids, and not packs.

- I'd love to see more Makeb-style decorations available.

- More artwork!

- I'd love to see the ability to have portraits of my character and their love interests and companions. I mean, we probably all have photos of us with our friends around our homes, right? Why would my character be any different?

- More availability of ambient noise and jukeboxes, available directly from CM or vendors.

I would love to see actual amenities added to the game. Like a shower or proper kitchen items like a counter or a stove or oven. All we get are these fancy decorations that can't be used if you're trying to design a home.

I must point out that some decorations can be interacted with. So are there some that can't be interacted with that you'd like to be able to interact with?

More personnel. It's so hard to come by. And without it, every stronghold (which I don't care about) and every guild ship (which I care about) look dead, lifeless and empty.

As we all know, Sith-themed decorations are one of the most popular types in the game, and a very rare and wanted one is the Dreadful Throne for its unique "dark council" look. Unfortunately, in most Sith-themed rooms the throne is, indeed, dreadful, because of its green color contrasting with the common black-red imperial color scheme.

 

I know we have the Dark Eternal Throne deco, and it's wonderful, but quite big and techno-looking, so wouldn't fit a temple room, for example.

 

Now, I know that recolors of old models such as armor, mounts, etc. make many players angry, but I am asking for exactly that! Give us exactly the same throne, but with red lights - zero effort involved, but lots of happy players. As someone has suggested before, the red can be named Dreadful Throne, while the green can be changed to Throne of Fear, same as with the big holocrons.

First one I thought of: that AMAZING animated star map of Tulak Hord that is seen when one completes the final class quest of the Inquisitor on Korriban.

 

Also, many Coruscant and other 'urban' areas have a ground placeable that's basically a pile of scrap metal junk. While many players would choose a nice and neat Stronghold, I definitely want a lived-in feel. Do not forget the 'trash' placeables so we can make a proper mess!

 

I'd like to see this right here. Holos of figures from the past games and this one as well. Revan Bastilla Satalle etc...
