EDIT: Torhead's screenshots of the H-411 Battle saboteur take it appear differently, I think the quote was wrong. You can check since I think the H-411 is in the pvp weapons (the pre-50 ones). One sells the usual stuff you'd expect the planet's Specialty Goods vendor to sell. The OTHER one sells all of the weapons that drop from the flashpoints "The Esseles" and "The Black Talon". So if you really want that Black Talon Scout's Rifle on your Trooper, you can still buy it...but you will have to replace all of the Cunning mods in it with Aim mods.
