We're looking into reports of players who did not have Legacy Titles transfer as intended and welcome any further reports. Please tell us which Title(s) you experienced an issue with. I wanted to just let you know, I did 3 transfers last night (6pm Austin time 6/26/13) and all my legacy titles transferred. Maybe it only effects people before last maintenance.
