Can someone tell me why are there no wars between guilds in this game ? I don't like or play pve and I don't see a reason for creating or joining a guild other than social interaction.

I think it would be awesome to compete with other guilds even if it is only for "fame".

Is this an option in the future or did Bioware already said no to this idea ?

Technically; I suppose thats what rateds would be for. join a guild and form an 8 man. Still leaves a lot to be desired though.

I asked that same question earlier this evening. All this randomness in same old maps is just too boring. More structured pvp that requires some amount of forethought would be most welcome.

 

 

BTW, calling that "guild wars" would result in a prompt lawsuit.

I agree. Tension between guilds would lead to wars in open world as well. I have seen it on other mmos where two players from different guilds could literally cause war in open world that would lasts hours just by calling their fellow guild mates and friends and them doing the same.

It is a fundamental part of the mmo games , I don't understand why there are no wars here. Is that so hard to implement ?
